Tech brethren. How can I automate documents with workflow templates or some data fields?

Will it require an AI program? Does Microsoft have some sort of template that can pull from excel spreadsheets.

Also, any way to automate received PDFs being put on a calendar?

Ai can understand randomly structured docs. Qwen2.5vl can parse anbout anything.
Sharepoint (old) or graph API (modern) can make submitted docs do things including interacting with calander.
I don’t understand what you’re asking. Go step by step what you want and type that into copilot.

PowerAutomate was built to do this stuff. It's part of O365 and there are a ton of tutorials online for what you can do with it.

Thank you both. I'll dive into it.

Trying to come up with form documents that auto populate certain data boxes (obviously the data needs to be pulled from somewhere)

Also looking for auto calendaring once emailed a PDF with dates

PowerAutomate.

Have chatgpt or any other LLM help you build it out.
