Talk to text on iphone has gotten horrible

Anyone else notice this?
Got a new iphone recently and the talk to text in app option is brutal now. Siri must be drunk because after I speak she’s not even close with the text on the screen. It’s always worked well up until recently. Wife just updated her iOS and doing the same on hers

I have a thick Texas accent and have to constantly remind myself to do this. If I speak normally, my iPhone transcription is miles away from what I actually said.
