Suggestions for UPS with good shutdown software

I'm setting up a new computer at our office and I'm shopping for a UPS to power it with. I have a bunch of cheap UPS's spread around my house that I use without software, but I'd like to get something nicer that can reliably shut the computer (win 8.1) down in case of battery power loss. I've never had any luck with the software that comes with the systems in the past and would like to know if anyone has some recommendations for a good company to go with. Thanks.

I have an APC XS1500, and besides hibernating the PC during power failure, it will even wake it from sleep to hibernate it when necessary. I do use their PowerChute Personal software, but it may not even be necessary in Windows 8 for this basic functionality. I would try it before trusting it.
