Streaming Question - Incorrect Local Affiliates

Is there any way to correct this issue? I live in Orlando and obviously would like to see some of the local hurricane coverage. However I've had a lingering problem since cutting the cord and doing streaming only.
When I look at the local NBC affiliate I get the affiliate out of Tampa (WFLA 8) instead of Orlando (WESH 2). This despite the fact I live only 20 miles from Downtown Orlando and 65 miles from Downtown Tampa. It makes absolutely no sense.
The ABC affiliate doesn't seem to have this issue.
Is there any way to have the NBC app switch my location from the Tampa affiliate to the Orlando affiliate?
