Spotify conversion to MP3

I'm a premium spotify member but I need to convert my playlists to MP3 to load on a waterproof player for swimming laps. I see some software advertised but wanted to know what you guys think is the best method. Any help is appreciated.

I used this a couple years ago.. not sure if it still works but it was the best option I found
You sync Spotify playlist to Deezer then can DL at 320 kbps, iirc
Eta: there might’ve been another program you run to DL from Deezer, I’ll get back to you on that
Eta: Deezloader, and you can DL as FLAC! which is probably why I used this method.
