Spam Calls- Caller ID Spoof based on personal data

Had a very eerie spam call experience recently. I sent a text message that contained the company name "Accenture" to one of my personal contacts in my phone. An hour later I get a call with caller ID "Accenture" - I answer and its some typical spam call about hip replacement.

Has anything like this happened to anyone else? I've come to accept the big tech overlords own my data, but now spammers seem to be able to access it. I found this whole experience unsettling.
