Smart Lightstrips

I'm looking for lightstrips that I can place above my cabinets in the kitchen. I've looked at the Hue since I already have a hue hub but was wondering if you guys had any recommendations other than hue or a place where I can get hue for a better price. I do have a power source in my cabinets so power is not an issue. Price is the big reason I haven't gone with hue yet but it's really the only name I know.

I just installed this brands 4" ceiling lights. It was a breeze and they work well and are compatible with Alexa.

I would use this controller plus these leds.
This works with alexa and allows you to use local tech like MQTT if you want to upgrade your hub in the future.
For power just get the highest amp laptop 12V power supply.
