Smart Light Switches - Combining Multiple Switches

I have a 3-Gang switch bank in my home, two for exterior and one for the front entrance foyer. The front entrance switch is on a 3-way.
I would like to have the exterior switches on a smart switch - do smart switches allow for you to combine two circuits?

Sounds like you want to convert 2 of the 3 switches to smart switches. That's no big deal. Just buy 2 smart switches and leave the 3-way as is.

What exactly are you trying to do?
Smart switches are no different than regular switches in that they control the flow of electricity. They simply allow that function to be tied to the IoT.
You can swap both switches with a smart switch without difficulty. That would result in 3 switches, 2 smart and 1 “dumb”.
You can also combine the two exterior switches into one smart switch. This would require rewiring the “out” of each switch to the one “out” of the smart switch. This would be the same as combining circuits on a “dumb” switch. You’d then have one smart switch, one “dumb” switch, and one blank.
One important thing to note, the switches must be on the same circuit breaker to combine them.
