Savant-no sound when playing music

I have Savant at my house for about 2 years now. Issues off and on but typically just unplug it wait a couple of minutes and plug it back in.

When I switch to music the sound coming from the speakers for the tv turn off so I know it is switching over. When I play the music no sound comes out. The song is playing in the app as I can see it start. Both music streams do this and I’ve tried pandora and Spotify with the same issue. I’ve unplugged the savant system multiple times now and nothing. I’m not real tech savvy so this is all I really know to do.
