Samsung smart view.. cord cutter should be interested in this

I know there has to be an app for this.
Samsung TVs have an app called smart view. Whatever is on your phone or tablet, it will cast to the TV.
I have a samsung s7. However, my tv is not. I have an android box that I run. What app can I put on my box that will work with Samsung smart view?
OR is there an app I acn put on my phone and box to accomplish this?
*As you know, Sprint now has unlimited data.* My hotspot function ran my box without buffering (working on finding a solution to the hotspot cap)

Samsung SideSync. Has a hotspot feature that will work. (It does fot ATT)
