safari browser redirecting to yahoo search engine, anyone have this problem?

Usually this happens when there is a weird extension installed. Check safari preferences and extensions to ensure there is nothing installed.

Do you have a virus protection service like McAfee installed?
Sometimes there’s a built-in extension with these apps that they claim to be “protected searching”
Pain in the arse to have to change it back to google after every reboot.

I ran norton antivirus, and I don't have any extensions installed and I deleted all suspicious applications
