Yes, I am talking about the 4k max stick for both. Tv app sucks for it, want to get something more "snappy".

I’ve had Roku and Firestick and very much prefer Google Chromecast.

Here is my read: TV based apps suck because of limited memory. I've opened six? channels on my TCL Roku TV, and it has to keep reinstalling apps when I want to use them. However, even some of the cheapest Roku sticks never had this problem. A Roku Ultra with a cheap arse SD card never had this problem.
The Roku Ultra I bought five years ago was faster. Plus, anything built into a TV is going to be non supported eventually, and you can replace the TV or spend $39 on a new stick every three years?
