My Dad got one for Christmas.
Everything is working except for him being able to speak to someone at the door. He can hear them. Been through all the FAQs and online stuff, but can't figure out the prob.
Any idea?

After 2 of them and too much time with customer service, I returned for good. Got a nest hello and never looked back. Works perfect.

Should have gotten the nest hello. I got it the week it was released and its flawless. Super low latency and facial recognition can announce names of commonly visited people through smart speakers. It looks a lot better also.
I've seen people with the ring have bad latency and just slow response times all together. Its like a 5 second delay even on gig internet speeds.
Just looks and seems cheap.
