when the host doesn't actually have any monitors hooked up to it. Anyone know?
I basically have a machine tucked away in the office and want to access it from time to time. It has some production applications that make life easier if you have a dual monitor display.
LogMeIn does not seem to be the answer unless I am missing something.

Could try VNC Viewer. I use it for a Mac Mini that is at my desk that doesn't have any peripherals connected.

Rdp will only give you multi monitors if the host has more than one physically connected. Same with VNC and LogMeIn.

What are you calling the host? We have customers logging into a RDP server and using multiple monitors on their workstation all the time.
