If you are moving to a new motherboard, be prepared to have to do a clean install and install all your programs fresh after a clean install of windows is completed.

Thanks, but I'll be using the same mobo. It's still new enough for me... I never buy the newest stuff.. always a generation or two back.. much cheaper and it's really all I need..

Thanks for the help, everyone. I'll def look into getting a NVMe drive and trying to get my OS over to it.

Didn't mean to hijack the thread, but thanks for the knowledge...
