I got a lot of window sensors from Brinks, and I’m about to swap over to Ring Alarm.

Ring package is only coming with 4 window sensors.

Is there a way I can re-use the sensors from Brinks with the new Ring system?

Or, do I just gotta dish out more $$ to buy extra Ring sensors?

You can if they are Z sensors but they probably will not be monitored. I would suggest reading this article:

Gotta buy new ones. Check eBay. I got a bunch of home Depot unopened returns. 2 for $30.

You may be able to. Check out the retrofit kit.

This won't work for Ring, but in case someone finds this thread in the situation I was in, there are RF frequency converters made by Resolution Products. When I moved in, my house had a wireless ADT system made by GE. I decided to install a Honeywell system and purchased an RF translator so I wouldn't have to replace all of my wireless sensors.
