RCS live on Verizon pixel 3s

We had a thread going at one point on the state of RCS, but I searched and couldn't find it.
Verizon launched RCS universal profile for the pixel 3s yesterday, and confirmed they would add all Android's in 2019 Q1
So now in the US, we have Sprint and us cellular with full universal profile. Verizon is rolling out theirs. TMobile started a rollout to some older Galaxy phones but has made no progress in like 6 months. And at&t hasn't commented at all on it
