Question about Multi-disc players

Why aren’t there any Blu Ray carousel players? I see the used DVD players and stuff on Amazon and EBay, but why no blu-ray?

Because discs are quickly becoming obsolete if not already.

Why would you want multi disc Blu Ray players?
Those old systems were for music CDs, which have pretty much gone away at this point

They have had DVD changers forever. Sony made a 400 disk blu-ray player. They are super expensive if you can still find one.

I'm not sure what you are trying to use this for but if I could assume you are setting up TV for somewhere without streaming ability, you are much better off getting something like the NVIDIA Shield TV box and getting a high-capacity USB or external drive and filling it with whatever movies you want.

I have a LOT of DVDs, and really don’t care much for blu ray but if a cheap multidisc player were available I would take it.
I’m tired of streaming services. Certain shows get rewatched every couple of years or so, and I have most of them on DVD. It’s convenient to put several discs in and binge a show without having to frick with changing discs.
There are NO multi disc Blu-ray players. If there were Sony would price them out of the market.
There is a used 400-disc player for around $500 to $800 but it’s old and although it would fit the bill it’s too expensive for me to take a chance on spending that much.
I may go for one of the used 3-disc or 5-disc DVD carousel players. They’re only around $200 or less.

More moving parts to break. I had the Sony players and they did have to be replaced.

This is what I’m afraid of.
It’s a niche market for some people who are getting tired of nickel and diming themselves over streaming services. The free streaming channels are okay, but frick some of those repetitive commercials. Who the frick wants to keep being reminded to get their covid booster shot??
