I can't hear videos on the app. What's the problem?

Oh one of those links is the new version. I didn't know there was a new web version. I use it all day at work rather than text on my phone.

Sound works on all other apps, music, etc.

Is the ringer on or do you keep it on silent/vibrate? For some reason sound doesn't work when phone is on silent even though volume is up.
