I dropped my phone and I’m taking it to an iPhone repair place tomorrow to replace the LCD screen. My question to those who may know - when they fix it, will my iPhone factory reset? I think that’s my number one fear. I really hope it’s just a quick and easy no frills fix.

No. They will only power the phone off, and see if you have any dick pics on your phone.

Well that’s good to know. I haven’t backed the thing up in what seems like years and I don’t anticipate I will tonight or tomorrow so that’s good to know. Would absolutely be devastated if if it factory reset and I didn’t back stuff up

Yes they will go to setting and magically know your password to factory reset it. They will report anything they see to authorities, but then they will reset it so when authorities come to confiscate it'll be wiped thus you'll be cleared of all crimes.
