Pre-paid Talk/Text phone for kids

Could not find a thread on it. Looking for a cheap phone with prepaid minutes that only has talk/text features. Going to use it for my boys when we leave them at home. Any suggestions?

Depends on the restrictions you'd like. With a regular phone (android or iphone), Tello is $6/month for unlimited texting and 100 voice minutes.
