Possible to Dial iPhone using PC?

Is this possible? I make a lot of calls using a headset from numbers on my computer. Would it be possible to copy a number on my pc and have my iPhone dial it? This would be much easier than hand dialing.
I know how to use my pc to make the calls thug apps like Google Voice, but would prefer the calls go directly from my phone.

You can use the built-in FaceTime app on a Mac to make standard voice calls using an iPhone on the same network as the Mac. I don't know if there are any Windows PC apps for this though.

You said you use Google Voice, there's a Google Voice app that makes/receives calls/text on your phone. Works on Android, not sure if available on iphone.
