Playstation Vue used to be pretty cool

I didn't update my credit card expiration date on my Sony account and Sony will charge me the new updated price increase when I update my card info, instead of delaying for 3 months. It is the update of an expiration date of the same damn card. It is my fault for the oversight but I tried to correct the problem within 2hrs of notification. I was going to stay with Vue even with the planned price increase but sticking it ($30) to an established customer is BS. Vue can kiss my arse.

That sucks, but I have a feeling DTVNow would shite on me just as bad, if I did the same thing.

When you submit a credit card with a bad expiration date you'll often get a decline when you try to charge it. I've actually found that kind of inconsistent, I think it varies by credit card company, but it's not unreasonable for them to assume that an expired card is a bad card.

Have you tried asking them to cut you some slack? The squeaky wheel gets the grease. Although it sounds like a price increase is going live in the next 3 months for many accounts. I'm curious to see if they actually do anything to justify that like adding the local channels

The PS store in general can be a pain in the arse

I did a live chat and the rep said I will get the new price. $10 a month increase

Doesn't really matter in the long term its all going up for everyone anyway

Yeah just shitty customer service. I think I'll pass on the service this month to even it up and on principle.

False
Only going up for people who got the special price bc they didn't get local channels.

I've been on the Special Intro DTVNow price of $35 for 100+ channels that I signed up for in January, with a free year of HBO.
DTVNow had its problems at the start for sure, but its been vastly improved, and I don't have any problems streaming on my PC or my Fire TV.

They have any update on when dvr is coming?
Posted on 7/9/17 at 1:20 pm to Maximus
No idea, but I'd assume it would arrive in the near future.

I was able to chat with Directnow support, the chat button had not been there in the past, and explained that my account was canceled due to the paypal charge not going through and they re-instated my grandfathered account!
having been on Vue for awhile I have to say the DTVN picture is nicer. I also like the guide better.
I will miss DVR but PSV can kiss my arse. I know it's only $10 a month but still urked me.
