I did. It turned out that my water cooling system was no longer circulating. I replaced it with a normal heatsink with fan and it is fine now.

Yeah, after five years or so, people should intentionally keep an eye on their temps if they are running an aio. The good ones are warrantied for 7+ years, but even still. Liquid permeation, pump failure, cold plate clogging. Host of issues that can crop up.
