Pandora won’t stop buffering

Just happens when I’m close to home. Went to Houma today it worked. At the house just buffers the whole time. But everything else on my phone works like Netflix and amazon

Is it when you connect/disconnect to your WiFi?
I have been having problems with Pandora when I drive out of range of my WiFi. It won’t auto swap to using cellular and says no network available. I end up having to turn my phone off then back on. The other day I had to actually reinstall to get it to work.
