Outlook Issue

Why is it that if I use the search bar in outlook it only pulls emails that are 3+ weeks old? For instance if I received an email 4 days ago and I search the person or subject of the email it won't pop up but if that email was 3+ weeks old it would probably pop up.

ask your admin ? This seems like a setting on their end

Outlook 2013 has a serious issue. There are several fixes - search the web and you’ll see a few fixes.

I have had a lot of outlook 2013 indexing issues on our corp network. I have had 0 since rolling out Office 2016.
