Anyone tried the Oura fitness rings yet? How often do they update and add to the things it will track?
I should be receiving mine by the weekend. I have severe (OSA) obstructive sleep apnea and use a CPAP every night with 100% compliance. Hoping to get some extra info on how to sleep better.

Everyone I have talked to that had it, said it was inferior to the apple watch sleep tracking.
I have an appointment this Friday night for a sleep study myself trying to get my sleep dialed in.
