its up to you. if you want a shortcut to dim 7 different lights in your den at teh same time, put them in a group.
if you want to set them to different dim levels, don't group them.
i use groups to make it easier to build robots that control lights rather than adding them one at a time.

what have you done with your C by GE lights? do they work with the new Wink2 will they ever work with wink 1

i can tell you what i'd like to do with them.

i really think the bulbs could be great if they were to connect to a hub. and if they were zwave and not bluetooth.

wink hasn't actually gotten that working yet.
wink 1 has BT radio too..also never got that working either.
i haven't seen a new device show up in wink in like 6 months and starting to get a little butt-hurt.
they need to tout the hell out of 'wink 2 now supports 50 new doodads' or some shite.

After seeing some lighting fast robots, broke down and got the new hub. Denham Springs has two relays as well.
