Office 2013 shows as unlicensed after Win10 upgrade

This is more of an annoyance issue than anything else, but...
My elderly mom has an old refurbished Dell desktop that came with Windows 7 on it. She has had the computer probably 7 or 8 years, has a legit copy of Office 2013 Home & Business installed on it.
Back in March, I did an in place upgrade to Windows 10. Didn't want to wipe it and start over because I didn't want to track down the install media for Office, Quicken, and a couple of other programs. Ever since then, all of the Office apps show "Non-commercial use/Unlicensed Product" in the title bar. They work, and when you go into Info, they show as Activated.
I've tried doing a quick repair and it doesn't help. I've tried doing an online repair and it asks for a product key. I tried one I had for a version of 2013 I had on an old machine, but I think it was a Pro version so it won't work.
Is there any way to fix this, or do I just leave it be since everything works?

This sounds like a problem to talk with Microsoft. If she legally registered it with Microsoft back then collect all your products serial numbers and contact Microsoft Office at 800 936 5700. Follow the telephone prompts and maybe the technician can help you. I get telephone help all the time but my subscriptions are Office 365 so maybe they only help on more recent active products. It's worth a try; Good Luck

There are also apps that you can install and it will get the license keys for programs like office...may be helpful for clean install
