You by chance have any recommendations on someone in the Upstate that I could hire to finish out my system installation for me?

Long story short I started on a man cave project a ways back and my shoulder replacement surgery last week is going to keep me from crawling around for a few months. I have a mid-level system (Emotiva, Marantz, Mirage etc)that just needs speaker wires and a few cables run as well as hiding the tv cables and running a new outlet from the garage to upstairs man cave (straight 25-30 ft run) for the two amps.

I know that nothing seems to be out of range given your wealth of knowledge, so thought you might have a contact or two that could finish the work for me at a reasonable price, one vet to another.

TIA ;)

If you are talking about upstate SC then Fusion is the only one I know that gets consistently good reviews and know a couple of people that used them.

What you really need to find is an installer that works on the side but I can't help you there.

That's kinda what I figured. Tried one I knew back years ago at Jeff Lynch but he stays 3 months out with work so was hoping for a miracle.

Will try Fusion in the am though....thanks for your help ....sir. ;)

You’re going to want an electrician for the power for those amps. I wouldn’t trust an AV installer with that and I say this as someone who used to own an AV installation company.

That's the plan. Just need one line run off the breaker panel in garage to upstairs room. Roughly 25-30 ft straight shot and just need the two plug outlet placed in closet with audio gear. I'm thinking maybe a 30 amp breaker to be safe, or would that be overkill?
Also what should I expect to pay an electrician for this...ballpark?
Thanks for any and all help Buckeye. ;)
