New Sound Bar

I have an old Vizio that is connected by an optical cable. I just got new tv service with LUS Fiber and am being told I cannot program my remote to the sound bar by vizio. Even though it has been programmed before. Any ideas on how to make this happen? If not, and good recs on a new soundbar and woofer at a reasonable price, preferably from Costco? I am not a sound snob, so I don't need the most advanced stuff. I assume the newer soundbars should be pretty easy to program. Thanks.

I bought a Klipsch years ago and I’ve been super happy with it.
I’ve got it in my bedroom and put the sub under my bed plugged into the floor plug.
Klipsch Deals
They are running some good specials right now. I ended up buying Samsung, LG and Sony but took them all back because they audio wasn’t very clear, the sound wasn’t very loud, or they had a hiss when s’s were said.

How much does reasonable cost equate to?
