If the problem comes back soon, you may want to consider checking the SSD to see if it has a corrupted area (what we used to call a "bad sector" on spinning disks).

Medicat <--This is basically the new Hiren's. Put it on a thumb drive and boot to it. It has plenty of tools you can use to help diagnose and work on a variety of issues.

Not a gamer, but if you’re not buying 3-5 year old enterprise rated stuff, you’re doing it wrong.
I’d make an exception for the new Tensor Light stuff, but you didn’t buy that.

If even a portion of the use case is gaming, that would be tremendously bad advice
