New nVidia shield patch

Anyone have the latest nVidia shield tv pro (2019)? It appears that with nVidia’s latest patch that the AI upscaling applies to 60hz video.
My question is, does that then upscale streaming live tv services like FuboTV, YTTV, Hulu with live tv, etc?
If so, that might give me reason to upgrade my 2017 shield tv.

Damn, you just sold me then. There goes 200$ of mine! Still I love my current nVidia shield 2017 so may just throw that to my outside tv and use the new one on the main tv.
And I see plex has some live tv tab with brewmaster tv channel all about beer and camping. I’ll be drunk by midnight!

I’ve been unsuccessful in using plex with live TV. I wish there was a way to add an M3U that wasn’t a huge pain in the arse.

Well on my shield there’s a live tv option but it’s all those random internet live tv channels like “tastemade” and others. Not CBS or NBC, however, I’ve used my digital antenna and gotten the plex pass and been able to use it before.
Just gotta have the right antenna to USB adapter for plex to read it.

You can edit those out. Pluto shows up there and drove me crazy, then I figured out you can turn them off.

It also has karaoke channels
