I figured this would be my best bet to get this answered:
My FIL needs a new computer. Nothing fancy, just something to surf the net and store some files/pics. Needing something basic to use, not complicated with multiple programs. It needs to be a desk top, so I will start there. Any suggestions on a brand/specs to look at? I have looked at a Dell online for starters. Also, how many gigs should we be looking at? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I’d just buy from dell. That way there’s no questions when it comes to warranty or support. And they price match if you find their models cheaper somewhere else.
