Im at a restaurant I frequent and always use their wifi. No issues. Today their wifi wouldnt let me on here, neustar page telling me it is flagged.
First Safari warns me. I click go anyway. Then neustar flagged page.
I have to turn off wifi and use verizon, no problem.
Explain this to me like I have no idea what is going on,

Their user management service updated their list of blacklisted/whitelisted sites. TD found its way on the blacklist.
