Netflix/ Hulu over Apple Carplay

I’ve seen a lot of advertisements for these boxes all over Facebook and Instagram showing devices that allow you to stream over CarPlay. Would be great for trips with kids. I can’t find any real reviews on them so I’m curious if anyone has used them with any luck. Thanks

I figured out how to stream on my rear TV even though it is ANCIENT but my front screen will only play when the car is in park! I wish I could play front and rear in motion, not for the driver but for the passenger to watch too.
