Anyone had to replace hardware yet? I put in a support ticket but haven’t heard back.

He removed a dish installed on the roof? He is a dumbass. Now you have no dish and a roof that will leak.

It wasn’t mounted permanently. I just built a stand that fit over the peak of my roof to secure it in place because I didn’t want to drill into it.

Still, the dumbass could have just moved it to a different area of the roof while he pressure washed.

You had your roof pressure washed? Can't say I've every heard of that.

All kinds of frickery going on in this thread. Stupid guy runs over the starlink dish, OP doesn’t have it secured to the roof, and pressure washing your roof?

Yes. It’s not unusual to pressure wash a metal roof to remove pollen, tree sap, and whatever else collected over the spring/summer in preparation for leaves falling and eventually snow.

I attached the dish to wooden stand I built that rested on either side of the roof at the peak. It was secured fine, just not permanently.

So the only thing keeping it down is the weight of the dish/stand?

I'm trying to give you the benefit of the doubt. I must be missing something

Yes exactly. I’m not sure of the confusion here

I’m not dealing with 30+ mph wind gusts where I am. It’s been set up that way for over a year without issue. Well until now
