I'm in the refinance process right now that's dragging forever so I know. Don't worry, I'd say it is worse to be on the million of various points I'm on.
I'm rolling the travel dice due to family schedule these next couple years so I understand waiting to make it easier.
I went with GeforceNow to help me game as I'm running out of tv shows. My pre-COVID smart purchase was buying a power rack home gym, thank God.

I wanted a 3080, but I managed to grab a 3070 FE the day they dropped, not only for msrp, but got to use my BestBuy birthday discount. People get real salty when I say I paid $450 for it

And I could sell it for like $1,500, but I don't need the money, and I would have to go back to my RX 570 4GB, so I just consider myself fortunate and keep gaming away
