I picked up a bare bones mini PC from Gigabyte and really like it. I'm using it as a media streamer running Kubuntu Linux but it's got enough features and horsepower for many other uses.
It comes with a quad core Celeron running at 2.5 GHz, 2 DDR4 memory slots, m.2 slot, 2.5" SSD/HDD slot, gigabit ethernet, wireless AC...

Quiet fan. Nice box for $144.

Neat little thing! What HD and ram did you stick in it? Is it a max 8gig of ram?

I put 2 x 4 GB RAM (Crucial $35) and a 120 GB M.2 SSD (Kingston $17).
It says 8 GB RAM max but some claim getting 16 GB (2 x 8) to work.

That's a nice looking system. I like Intel's i5 and have bought many at work. What do you use it for?
The CPU, memory and motherboard prices at $50 don't look right. Were you able to get discounts?
What are you able to build for $200 because my use case doesn't require higher end components. The quad core Pentium (J5005) and Celeron (J4105) CPU's are able to meet my current needs.
