Have you guys seen these? Someone on this board has to own one already!!

Mini Jumbotron

Came across this Jumbotron the other day. I’m very interested in one for my new gameroom being built now. Does anyone have one? I’m conflicted on what size to go with the size of my room. I will have 5 pinball machines, a Golden Tee, and a Big Buck Hunter. My room is 15’6” by 19’4”. I have 9 ft ceilings. I’m not sure if the 24” is too small or the 32” will be too big. What y’all think? It will definitely make a statement!! Of course I would go with all LSU graphics!!

If I were building a nice game room, I would consider this and building around it (but I prefer the hybrid game/theater room and would prefer the wall model /style +/- drop down projector for cinema if you’re into that sort of thing). But I have no adequate space for one, and it’s awfully pricy, though pretty cool. I would likely split the input 2 and 4 ways with 2 inputs so I could have 2 games on at once, because I don’t think multicast would look great on a small screen.
24” is the best selling model and 14” drop from the ceiling. I can’t actually see a 32” spec’d out, but the 43” is 24”. For a 9ft ceiling and 15x19 room, I think bigger would start to be intrusive (think about how far back you’ll need to stand/sit to look up enough to watch it. I think the bigger you go, the more you the perimeter you push people, and the further down you come, the more likely you are for a stray pool cue, hand with wedding ring/etc to hit a screen and damage it).

Probably worth finding a large cardboard box and making a rough mock up (cut to rectangular prism total size, draw TV dimensions on it) and putting it up with tape or a buddy on a ladder to decide though. Or at least talking to the creators and asking their opinion.

6,000 seems exorbitantly steep.

Definitely, seems like you could do it with 4 cheap TCLs for a lot more reasonable of a price.

Price does not include TVs, but the smallest model is a cool $1200ish and then another ~$500 if you want them to make the signs, roughly.

Looks like they got plans for $20, that seems to be the better route.
