I would like to get a Mifi for my hunting camp. I am usually only there for weekends at a time during the season and doing work to prepare. What is a decent Mifi hardware and what are some of the better plan (Data needed maybe 20 - 50 GB). It will mainly be used with a Firestick or Roku to stream movies during my time in the camp.

Just add hotspot capabilities to you phone and then connect to that when at the camp. Some of att data plans include it now.

You can chew up MiFi data pretty quickly streaming video. We use some for remote sites and just Teams video calls cause us to bust thru the data limits on the regular. Probably better off using your phone and streaming from that device while at the camp. Should be much less expensive than adding a MiFi device.
