Mac Emulator for Old Mac OS?

Any suggestions?
I'm looking for something running native on an M1, akin to VMware or Parallels, but emulating an older Mac OS (System 6-10) instead of Windows. I'd like to instal and run older Mac programs.

Should work on an M1. Of course you're emulating x86, that's emulating a motorola, but it's plenty fast to do it.
