I have 3 Caseta plug-in dimmers that are connected to pico remotes. I recently got a smartbridge and was setting them up, but as soon as I installed them on the smartbridge, they stop working with the Picos. They won’t let me reconnect to the pico remotes until I delete them in the Lutron app. Any ideas?

ETA: I lied. I can pair 1 plug in dimmer with the app and the pico but the other 2 will not pair with both the app and the picos. Makes no sense!

So in the app you have the switch/room setup. Then you go to add remote what happens?

Does it not see them when you go into pairing mode

I don’t see any of that in my app. I added the plug in dimmer and I added the pico remote in the app. They just somehow knew what remote went with what plug in. I can control the lights from the pico or the plug in dimmer in the app but can not control the dimmer with the physical pico

Maybe you don’t have the right app? I believe there are two apps from Lutron

Settings top left. Add device. Select switch/outle. Pair then Added

Then repeat but select pico and room/associated light

I’d try starting all over. Remove devices, delete app then try again

Yeah that’s the one I have. Do you have any plug-in dimmers?

My in wall switch and pico that control my master bedroom cans can work with smartbridge and pico. Something about 2 of the 3 plug-in dimmers just won’t play nice with pico and smartbridge at same time.

I have 1 plug-in that works fine.

Other 2 will either work with pico or the app but not both. Hopefully Lutron responds to my email.

I can't help with your issue, but I am having trouble deleting a device from my app. Same app you guys have, I added a plug-in dimmer for the christmas tree. Took the tree down and want to remove the device but can't find anywhere to do it. I tried to login from my PC, but all it wants me to do is reset my password every time- I can't get to my account. Is there a way to delete devices in the app?
