Well it's so hot and humid up there, I'm considering this a test of the durability of ubiquiti gear.

So if you have Cox cable and google Mesh WiFi, do you need a router too or can it go straight from cable modem to google mesh WiFi?

The google mesh is the router, you don't need another one.

That’s a fact. I was sweating bullets up there last night cutting and terminating cables.
But it all worked out!
