Looking for recommendation for a cheap Windows laptop for wife

My wife is considering returning to school online and is needing a computer.
Needs to:
Run windows os (no Chromebook, the system the school uses for Procter exams requires it)
Last at least 5 years
Have a good keyboard
2 GHz processor or faster
4 GB RAM or greater
64 GB system storage or larger
Light weight (< 4 lbs)
Other than the above, no other requirements, the cheaper the better

If you don't mind buying used/refurb, eBay is a great place to find great prices
Like the thinkpad t480/t480s is pretty affordable with outstanding specs
