Looking for laptop recommendations

I’m am in the market for a new laptop for work. Outside of creating spreadsheets, using it for email, and creation of documents, my main focus is something that I can create presentations with as well as graphics and pictures for social media.
I am not technologically savvy by any means and creating a pitch deck and brochures is a determining factor for me.
Would prefer if it was compatible with an iPad and iPhone to be able to create and use the presentations on the same platform without issues.
Also, as long as we have a computer I’m looking for, also let me know what programs you would look into to create the content.
Not a big budget right now, and really wondering where to get started. Thanks for the help.

MacBook will do all that for you and comes with all the programs preloaded. Also has Keynote, the best presentation program out there.

What used MacBook would you look for and what would be the expected price range?

I could do that. What’s the difference in a MacBook Pro and a MacBook Air? Talk to me like I’m a 70 year old grandmother.

Very little actually in day to day use. The Pro has faster speeds.

What do you suggest on the specs listed there; RAM, SSD, and CPU?

8 of ram is fine, I'd get a 512 SSD, CPU is not really a significant factor to me so that's up to you.
