Looking for a Audio/Video Service company in Nola area

Looking for a reliable and reasonably priced company to come update, make more functional my homes audio and video controls. Currently have a pioneer receiver that's roughly 10 years old and it operates 2 separate zones with music, tv, Pandora, blue ray etc.
At one time it worked great, could operate it with my iPhone and/or the universal remote. For some reason now one of the zones doesn't work correctly, has a lag or certain things flat out don't work. Would love to find someone just get it to function the way it once did. The guy that installed it I don't want to use. I find most the guys in this business want to constantly sell you their preferred hardware rather than making what I already have function. Not to mention these companies often speak another language rather than explaining and teaching your systems functions in a way an average Joe can understand.
Switching from cox to At&t here shortly so I figure would be a good time to get this done.
Also, anyone have any insite on what these guys charge for this kind of work? Aside from any new equipment needed, figured they had a service charge and hourly rate or if they provide estimates?

CrimeTek and Off the Wall Audio are the only ones I have experience with. I would recommend CrimeTek more so than OTW. Either should be able to handle what you want. Pricing varies because sometimes if you buy a piece of equipment from them it will include install.

You might want to updated that AVR. They are real inexpensive these days for all the features you get.
All the conpamies recommended so far a good people to deal with. Call all three and pick which one works best for you. They are 3 completely different style of operations and personalities to deal with but all are legit.
