Local Fox Affiliate is Terrible!!!! Help!!!

So I have Direct TV. Before that I had our local cable provider( suddenlink). And on both, FOX is just downright awful. Shitty quality, glitches in and out, sound goes in and out, etc. I’ve complained to DTV & the local Affiliate, to no avail.
Is there anyway to stream say a Saints game on my TV from a different affiliate????

YouTube TV used to have a 7 day trial.
