Local Channels on Playstation Vue in Baton Rouge Distorted

I have Playstation Vue and watch on Appletv in Baton Rouge. All of the channels, except the 2 local channels, are clear. It looks like as if the internet speed is very poor on those 2 channels. Not sure the correct terminology, just kind of distorted. I've tried double clicking and close the app, restarting appletv.
What's weird is if I double click to close the app, when I open it back up the local channel is clear. However, once I change the channel, when I come back its distorted again.
Anyone else have this problem? I don't have another device to see if its the appletv or playstation vue. Really weird. Its been like this for a few weeks now. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if you know a fix. Thanks.

that's probably bc your locals broadcast in shitty quality
my Vue was defaulted to DFW when i signed up despite being the 3 hours away. But now if i don't VPN to Dallas i get Lawton/Wichita Falls and the quality looks like arse compared to the DFW locals

I am having this same issue in BR. It’s only started recently however, within the last month.
