Just Installed ECCO 6+ and get no bars on phone

It is showing internet connection on all three router/modem that I installed and has white light. I can't connect to apps on phone . Any thoughts?

Is your modem handling the routing? You may need to put the ECCO in AP mode, you may have conflicts if not. Also, does your modem have built in wifi? Did you turn it off? Did you use the same SSID?
